Your information should have a clear purpose.
GoBeyond collects only the information needed to give you a result, keep your private account working and respond when you ask for contact.
Scan information
Your answers, scores, route, name and email can be stored so your result can be delivered and later connected to My GoBeyond.
Private account
When you sign in, saved scans and account information are linked to your authenticated account. Account pages are not intended for public indexing.
Health information
Health test values are optional. They are stored only when you actively choose to add them and confirm consent. They are used for your own private tracking, not as a diagnosis.
Contact requests
If you send a message, the details you provide are stored so GoBeyond can respond to that request. Sending a contact request does not automatically subscribe you to marketing.
Marketing
Marketing consent is separate from receiving a scan result or asking a question. Where offered, you can choose whether you want future GoBeyond updates.
External services
GoBeyond uses service providers for hosting, database and authentication. External product links may take you to another provider, whose own privacy terms apply there.
Access, correction and deletion
Before public launch, the final privacy notice will include the legal entity/contact details, retention periods, processors, lawful bases and the exact route for privacy rights requests. Those operational details must be finalized before the custom domain goes live.
